Challenge

Solution

As the Product Designer, I led the redesign of the platform’s core experience and helped introduce new features to improve the match accuracy and onboarding process. My work focused on aligning user needs with business goals, refining both candidate and employer journeys, and creating a cohesive, scalable design system to support rapid growth.

Process

Before starting the design, we conducted interviews with students and their key pain points. Additionally, I have started to think about the information architecture of an app and user flows.

  • Working Process ⋅

Process

I developed Lo-Fi Wireframes with a focus on clarity, usability, and engagement. The design includes a simple onboarding flow for seamless registration, a personalized dashboard for quick access to key features, and an interactive country comparison tool with visual statistics and explanations. To encourage daily learning, the app integrates gamified elements like challenges and progress tracking, making cross-cultural education more engaging and effective.

Implementation

The final design was carefully prepared for development, with detailed specifications for layout, interactions, and responsive behaviour. The team created comprehensive design UI kit to ensure consistent implementation across the digital platform.

Results

The redesign aimed to enhance usability, increase engagement between startups and students, and strengthen [X]STRYV’s position as the go-to platform for early-stage talent discovery. The project set the foundation for measurable improvements in user satisfaction, conversion rates, and retention.
